Illuminating Paths Project Management was formed in March of 2023, but evolved from over a decade of freelancing work by Robin George.

An entrepreneurial friend asked him one day to help organize a project, to which he agreed – and when he told yet another entrepreneurial friend about this, they said, “Hey, I need help with a project too!”

Things quickly spiralled out of control, and Robin said, “I should name this thing.”

Robin has worked with many business owners and entrepreneurs in a variety of industries; helping them clarify their goals, working with them to create a plan and then helping them get there. A big part of his experience has also been working with community social groups to put on events and grow local meetups.

But through his partnership with Lightcraft Designs and the work of Dylan Toymaker, Robin has also quite literally been illuminating pathways with artistic lanterns since 2008 – Working at such festivals as Astral Harvest, Winterlight and the Flying Canoe Volant.

Robin has donned many hats over his eclectic career, working as a Corporate Salesman, Business Admin, Writer, Theatre Carpenter, Art Lantern Technician, Electrician, Handyman, Concrete Landscaper, Event Director and a Project Manager.

Though he has not, as of yet, installed a kitchen sink – several taps though.

Through this diversity of experience, he brings a lot of creativity towards problem solving, team management and leadership.
